A devastating house fire in Clinton County on Sunday morning has left the community in deep mourning after a mother and her six children tragically lost their lives. The fire occurred around 9:00 a.m. on April 19, 2026, along Route 477 near Long Run Road in the Mill Hall area. Emergency crews rushed to the scene, but despite their best efforts, they were unable to save the victims.
Authorities confirmed that the victims were members of the Stolzfus family. Sara Stolzfus, along with her six children, ages 2 to 12, perished in the blaze.
