I’m heartbroken to hear of Billy’s passing. I knew him from his work at BC Place events, as well as a fellow Ladnerite. The words above describe him so well – he really was all-around the very best kind of person. He will be so very missed, and I send my deepest condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. RIP.
