A tragic single-vehicle crash on Friday evening has claimed the life of 19-year-old Christian Blake Aubuchon of Stockton, Missouri, leaving his family, friends, and community in deep mourning after a life lost far too soon.
According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash occurred at approximately 6:30 p.m. on April 17, 2026, along State Highway 206 East in Boone County. Investigators report that Aubuchon was driving a 2005 Chevrolet eastbound when the vehicle failed to successfully navigate a right-hand curve. The car initially left the roadway on the south side before re-entering the highway, crossing the center line, and then departing the roadway again on the north side. The vehicle subsequently overturned and struck a tree, resulting in severe impact damage.
Aubuchon was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no additional injuries were reported. Authorities confirmed that weather conditions at the time were cloudy, with dry road surfaces.
The crash was investigated by Arkansas State Police, and Aubuchon’s body was taken to the Boone County Coroner’s Office. Officials have confirmed that next of kin have been notified as the investigation continues.
